Swill Coworking is a self-directed workspace. Members are encouraged to manage their own environment, including the use of personal headphones when needed.

Can I come on weekends?
Swill Coworking is designed for focused weekday work. On weekends, the space shifts fully into dining and community events — we’d love to host you then as a guest.

What’s included in my membership?
Can I split my yearly payment into installments?
Yes. Yearly memberships may be paid in two equal installments — half at signup and the remaining half the following month — while still receiving the annual savings and perks.
Paying annually locks in your rate, saves you 10–15% compared to monthly billing, and grants early access to new perks, event invitations, and member-only tastings. For Collective memberships, annual billing helps your team plan one predictable expense for the year — and it guarantees priority scheduling for meetings, and seasonal menu tastings.

The Collective is our team plan — it includes up to 3 members with all Signature-level benefits for a bundled rate that saves $150 per month. You can add additional members for $100 each, and large teams (5+) can contact us for custom pricing.

Can I get mail or print here?
Absolutely. Members may order à la carte from Swill's full menu, including food, fresh pressed juices, espresso beverages and cocktails.

How do I cancel or pause my membership?
Month-to-month memberships may be canceled with 14 days written notice.
Yearly memberships are commitments for the full term,
but we’ll help transfer your plan if life changes unexpectedly.
