Swill Coworking is a self-directed workspace. Members are encouraged to manage their own environment, including the use of personal headphones when needed.

What are Co-working hours?
Can I come on weekends?
Swill Coworking is designed for focused weekday work. On weekends, the space shifts fully into dining and community events — we’d love to host you then as a guest.
Every membership includes:

What’s included in my membership?
Can I split my yearly payment into installments?
Yes. Yearly memberships may be paid in two equal installments — half at signup and the remaining half the following month — while still receiving the annual savings and perks.
Paying annually locks in your rate, saves you 10–15% compared to monthly billing, and grants early access to new perks, event invitations, and member-only tastings. For Collective memberships, annual billing helps your team plan one predictable expense for the year — and it guarantees priority scheduling for meetings, and seasonal menu tastings.

What’s a Collective membership?
The Collective is our team plan — it includes up to 3 members with all Signature-level benefits for a bundled rate that saves $150 per month. You can add additional members for $100 each, and large teams (5+) can contact us for custom pricing.
Students receive a 60-day grace period after graduation before needing to transition to a Resident or Signature plan. We love supporting your next chapter.
What if I’m a student and about to graduate?
Yes! Add-ons are available for Signature and Collective members
• Mail: Handling: $40/month
• Printing: $10/month for up to 25 pages
(additional pages billed separately)
Can I get mail or print here?
Members can optionally add a $25 / $50 / $100 monthly contribution to support Swill’s operations, scholarships, and community programming.
These contributions help us keep co-working accessible and fund future member perks.
What’s a Swill Sustainer Contribution?
Absolutely. Members can order à la carte during open café hours. Drip coffee & tea are complimentary; espresso and specialty beverages are available at member discount.
Can I order food and drinks while working?

How do I cancel or pause my membership?
Month-to-month memberships may be paused or canceled with 14 days written notice. Yearly and installment memberships are commitments for the full term, but we’ll help transfer or convert your plan if life changes unexpectedly.
